I hear your voice everyday, sometimes on the radio, most times in my head. I read our letters, always in your tone, and remember distinctly, your support, your words of encouragement. You lived on a ground I liked. You walked in a gravel that was unstable but I liked your take on the perception of instability and how an off camber life could instigate a creative one: you accepted who you intrinsically were and utilized it beautifully. I loved how you always brought your kids and Vicky into the conversation. And I liked, selfishly, mostly, how your voice was KB and my beginnings. We miss you, brother, but are so golden by the time spent. We come and go, all of us, and nobody has control over the timeline. I’m still here, thinking of you, while I can. xoxo 🤘❤️🙏 #chriscornell
